 Im not saying that you should be jumping up and down your bed while playing some Tiesto, but meditation is not work.

Meditation is not something you have to take so seriously that it becomes a chore. Hell no, meditation is supposed to be something you look forward to.

Yes at the beginning it might not feel that way, but overtime it will. I guarantee it. You won’t want to stop meditating, thanks to the joy and peace you get from it.

I don’t want you to expect the joy and happiness, because this would be counterproductive, but I am asking you guys to give it time, patience and kindness.

I am also asking you to shift your perspective from meditation is serious, to meditation is fun. Picture meditation as a workout for the mind. Notice how you feel during and after a workout.

You have sweat out all the toxins and your heart is beating fast. The dopamine has been released all over your nervous system and it feels good.

Meditation is similar. You are letting go of all the toxins of your mind. Your breath is getting swifter and smoother. Joy and peace are filling up your heart.

One more thing when you meditate, draw a beautiful smile on your face.
